  1. I surf at Bodega Bay, all less than if the boat is absolutely secure. The biggest problem is always time. Always check the small craft National Weather Service for the Monterrey area in the region) (in the following website:

    http://www.wrh.noaa.gov/mtr/

Just click on the map to get the weather in this area and to avoid rough seas, not only for safety reasons, but because you are on a ship does not hit a lot of fun. Also always check your fuel, a radio alternative (ie a handheld computer), tell someone where you are going and when you return. Get to know (the basic rules of navigation that is the right of way and underwater obstacles / treacherous currents under the Golden Gate Bridge) and try with someone who has been sailing where you. And always wear your life jacket.

They seem to have a beautiful boat. Are familiar, and try to sail with experienced hands, and you have a lot of fun.

    Good luck.
