My friend came with his new laptop and we were both downloading a file with uTorrent 17Go. I was at a desk with a cable connection and was on my LAN. Suddenly I get a download rate of 997KB / s and the clock and she was 2 Mb / s! remains a half hour on it and 13GB of downloads in this half hour. How could he get the download speed faster, while mining fell after 10 minutes?
